Dr Abhishek Singhvi, educated at St Stephens College, Delhi, Trinity College, Cambridge, and Harvard University, is one of India’s leading lawyers. He has successfully fought some of the most high-profile legal battles in the Supreme Court of India in recent years. A third-term member of the Rajya Sabha, Indian parliament’s Upper House, he has earned a name as an ace debater. Singhvi regularly writes for the leading Indian newspapers.
